Refund & Return Policy

At Sakhi Seva, every Laddu Gopal Ji and Yugal Sarkar Ji poshak is handcrafted with devotion and carefully inspected before dispatch. We are committed to providing premium quality products and an excellent shopping experience.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received an incorrect product.

  • Size issues.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging (if damaged during delivery)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the devotional and handcrafted nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Minor color variations caused by screen settings

  • Used, washed, or altered products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Products without original packaging

3. Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (if available), refunds will be processed through bank transfer after collecting the required account details.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer replacements or exchanges only if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved because of:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Product damaged during transit

Sakhi Seva will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other situations, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Handmade Product Disclaimer

Our poshaks are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Minor variations in:

  • Fabric print placement

  • Lace positioning

  • Stitching

  • Embroidery

  • Decorative elements

are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered manufacturing defects.
